Rosemary extract is obtained from rosemary herbs . This herb belongs to the mint family and is native to the Mediterranean coastlines .

1.Physical characteristics

a. Appearance: light brown yellow powder;

b. Solubility: Rosmarinic acid is a water soluble component;

c. Stability: Stable for heat, can bear high temperature as 190-240 and wont be decomposed;
